By commissioning you are accepting my Terms of Service and my drawing style.

I can reject your order if I don't feel comfortable drawing what you ask me to.

References must be provided and when requesting a commission.

I have the right to use commissions for self-promotion and post them on my social media.

Do not trace, steal or claim my work as your own.

Prices are subject to change.

For Only animation commissions, I only animate emotes! but first please make sure the original artist agrees that their emotes be animated, otherwise I won't do the animation, and mention who the original artist is to give them credit.

Animation-only commissions, I can only animate the emote in its original version, I will not add any other elements to the emote unless the emote comes with different layers to make it animated in a specific way. I WILL NOT ALTER THE ORIGINAL DESIGN.

Breaking the terms and conditions will result in permanent blacklist from my commissions.

Only accept payments by PayPal (USD) or direct in my Ko-Fi Shop (only for Ko-fi commissions) (USD).

For payments, I will send an invoice to your PayPal username. The extra charge of the commission charged by PayPal is included.

Payment must be made in advance and is required before you start drawing.

Payment must be made within three days after the invoice was sent, otherwise the invoice will be canceled and the place will be given to another client.

Client can cancel the commission any time if the invoice hasn't been paid.

There is no refund once the payment is done.

The client can request a RUSH DELIVERY for their commission. If your request is accepted, a 60% fee will be applied to the price of each item. Delivery time is 2 to 5 days.

The client may not resell, redistribute and edit any of their commissions made by me.

Each commission is for personal use.

The client cannot use my art for merchandise without a license.

In order to obtain commercial rights, a fee of 100% will be applied to the original price.

I start on the requested art only after I get the payment.

The client can follow the process of his commission in my Trello.

I will deliver the sketches to the client for review, this is the time to make any changes to the design. Once the sketches are approved, no further changes will be made.

Modifications in the design or animation agreed at the beginning and after the art or animation has been approved in the review stage and subsequently delivered, has an extra charge of 3 USD. This applies to changes in some detail of the animation or any color change. I will not change the original design of the art.

I place orders in order of arrival, therefore, it can take me between one to three months to finish an order. Keep in mind that this is an estimated time, some orders may take longer, either because of the queue or if the client's order is very large. Please, be patient.
